We have four different genetic types of Irish
Setters from hunting dogs to Champion show lines.
Irelands Moanruad lines are exclusively Field bred dogs, they are small,
red,
fast, aggressive and staunch on point. They are good dogs for competition or hunting
open country. My American Type is dark mahogany, long feathered, big
boned,
sturdy, calm, slower style, good nose and good natural retrievers. They
are a Champion line going back to Champion dogs such as Candia Indeed. Our Wendover dogs are the true Irish
Setter, good looking style and everything anyone could ask for in a
setter.
